返品・返金ポリシー
30日間返品ポリシー
当店では、商品到着後30日以内であれば返品を受け付けております。
返品の対象となるには、商品がお届け時と同じ状態である必要があります。未使用・未着用で、タグが付いており、元のパッケージに入っていることが条件です。また、レシートまたは購入証明が必要となります。
返品を希望される場合は、まず martinaulund@gmail.com までご連絡ください。返品先住所は別途ご案内いたします。
返品が承認された場合、返品用の配送ラベルと返送方法の詳細をご案内いたします。事前にご連絡をいただいていない商品の返送は受け付けできません。

不良品・破損について
商品到着後すぐに内容をご確認ください。万が一、不良品や破損、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。状況を確認し、適切に対応いたします。
返品できない商品について
以下の商品は返品をお受けできません：

食品、生花、植物などの消耗品

特注品、パーソナライズされた商品

化粧品や衛生用品などのパーソナルケア商品

危険物、可燃性液体、ガス類
また、セール品およびギフトカードの返品はできません。
交換について
最も早く交換商品を入手する方法は、まず商品を返品していただき、その後新たにご希望の商品をご注文いただくことです。
EU（欧州連合）14日間クーリングオフ制度
欧州連合への配送の場合、お客様には理由を問わず、商品到着後14日以内であれば注文をキャンセルまたは返品する権利があります。
ただし、商品はお届け時と同じ状態（未使用・未着用、タグ付き、元のパッケージ入り）である必要があります。また、レシートまたは購入証明が必要です。
返金について
返品商品を受領・確認後、返金可否をメールにてお知らせいたします。返金が承認された場合、10営業日以内にご利用いただいたお支払い方法へ返金処理を行います。
銀行やカード会社によっては返金の反映に時間がかかる場合があります。返品承認後15営業日以上経過しても返金が確認できない場合は、martinaulund@gmail.com までご連絡ください。
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
